Your first Ehasa event
Preparing for your first event starts with finding the information for that particular event. This guide helps you locate it and build your own checklist. It does not replace event rules, participation conditions or organiser instructions.
1. Choose an event and read its own page
Start with the event list. Read the description and check the dates and location. Confirm the duration and what your ticket or role includes. Check any age limits and other participation conditions in the event instructions.
You can also explore the Battlegroup series or the Conquest series. General introductions help you get to know the events; the individual event instructions provide the details.
2. Register for the correct event
Use the registration link published on the event page. If registration takes place in Kuulaportti, check the event, faction and ticket type before confirming a purchase. Read what is included and which change or cancellation conditions apply.
Read our Kuulaportti introduction if the service is new to you. Keep your registration confirmation and check the event's check-in instructions in advance.
3. Check the rules and equipment requirements
Read the current rules in full. Pay particular attention to protective equipment, airsoft equipment, power limits and equipment inspections. Do not assume that requirements from a previous year or another organiser apply.
Plan what to bring for the event's duration, conditions and your role. Check what food, drinking water, accommodation and charging services the event instructions describe. Ask the organiser before travelling if a requirement is unclear.
4. Plan your journey and arrival
Check the event's arrival address and any separate check-in location. Read the parking, schedule and access instructions. Allow time for any inspections and briefings required at the event.
The Players website brings together practical information shortly before and during an event. Follow your event's own links to see whether a Players page has been published. Arrival instructions may also be on the event website or in your registration confirmation.
5. Follow updates and ask in advance
Check the information again before departure. Ehasa news and the event's channels provide updates. If you need an answer before deciding to participate, contact us and tell us which event your question concerns.
